Privacy policy

This policy explains what CashForMyNote.com ("we") collects and how it's used.

What we collect

• Review requests you submit: note type, property state, approximate balance, payment status, and any optional details, plus your name, email and (optionally) phone.
• Source information: the page you first landed on, the referring website, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), and whether you used the estimator. This helps us understand which pages are useful.
• Basic technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type, used to prevent spam and abuse.
• Analytics: we may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used (clicks, scrolling). Form fields are masked so their contents aren't recorded. Microsoft's privacy statement applies to Clarity.

What we don't want

Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank account or card numbers, or ID documents. The form rejects entries that look like them.

The estimator

The estimator runs entirely in your browser. Numbers you type are not sent to us unless you carry them into the review form and submit it.

How it's shared

If you check the consent box, your review request is shared with our affiliate, Fitzgerald Advisors, so they can contact you about your note. We don't sell your information to data brokers or share it with other parties for their own marketing.

How it's stored

Requests are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and keep business records.
